Sowing the Seeds of Change Programme — Roots Track (Kenya) - KCDF
The Kenya Community Development Foundation (KCDF) is calling for proposals under the Sowing the Seeds of Change programme, specifically the Roots Track in Kenya. This programme aims to support youth-led organisations and young environmental champions in advancing community-led biodiversity protection. Eligible applicants must be based in Kenya, with priority given to higher learning institutions and community-based groups. The proposed projects should focus on biodiversity conservation, sustainable natural resource management, and community-based environmental action. Successful applicants will receive a grant of up to KES 183,000, with a 50:50 matching requirement. The project duration is approximately 16 months, with implementation beginning after training between October 2026 and March 2027.

All seventeen Global Goals — the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Opportunities are tagged by goal and by topic, so you can narrow to what you actually work on rather than browsing a single vertical.
You add a few focus areas. Opportunities are scored against them and shown with the reason they matched. Scores recalculate nightly; filtering by your focus areas works immediately.
